About Me
I'm your resident software developer who is passionate about aesthetic and functional web experiences
Hey, I'm Emmanuel Alabi, an eighteen year old software developer who currently specializes in full-stack web development. I work with a wide range of technologies, especially those built upon Javascript (React, Vue, Next.js) and Python (Django, Flask), as well as no-code and low-code tools like Supabase, Firebase, Webflow, and Flutterflow. I have certifications from Harvard, IBM, and freeCodeCamp.
In my free time, I also enjoy hunting across the internet for the latest and coolest tech products and write about it on my blog. I also share tips and tricks for software developers as well as personal experiences and programmer humor.
Well, that's who I am based on what I do relating to my career.
To help you get to know me as a person, Let me tell you about what I enjoy. I enjoy using anything that has a screen on it. Playing videogames competitively, overriding the default operating system of a smartwatch, experimenting with bookmarklets... you get the idea. I follow VCT, LoLEsports, and F1. I enjoy writing. I enjoy loud music, sometimes pretending I can produce some. I enjoy the outdoors; cycling, badminton, archery.
I enjoy getting to know different cultures. I was born in Thailand, and I'm of both Thai and Nigerian descent. I've lived in multiple countries and am currently based in Rwanda, where I'm enrolled at a university to attain a Bachelors in Software Development. I've had the opportunity to interact with cultures across three contents and I like to think of myself as someone able to work with a diverse set of people.
I'm passionate about everything but especially the things that help me express myself and anything for the increase in opportunities for young people everywhere.
